If the wheel stud holes are for 7/16" and the hub hole is big enough,.....

Chevy Six Lug pattern has 5.5" spacing from the center of one lug to the center of the one opposite it.
I don't know what the import dimensions are.

Most of the Japanese trucks are 6 on 5 1/2, including Land Cruisers, Toyota trucks, and Nissan trucks. The center hole diameter, and the backspacing will vary.
