Height of stock k5

I have a 72 k5 that has been lifted, I would like to bring it down a little bit so it will fit in my garage. The fender arch to ground is close to 44 inches, anybody with a stock truck that can measure what the factory height would be?

See if there are any body lift spacers, and if there are any lifting blocks between the leaf springs and axle mounts.

removing them would be back to stock height.

It will be helpful if you can post photos, then people can see if you have stock or aftermarket parts.

I can't help on that one since mine hasn't been stock for a long time, but I will say that the front and rear arches are not the same height so you'll need to specify which one you measured.

The truck has new poly body mounts that appear to be factory height. The lift is all spring no block. Tuff country 18460 in the front. The rear was 44 grind to the top of the arch the front 42. I need a better way to put up photos the attachment option won't work with my ipad.

On the front arch of my stock springs with 33" tires (which only measure 31" mounted) I get 37" from ground to top of wheel well arch. On the rear it is 37.5".

SBD, I believe his truck was Shady's sons red one that was just sold.

the front ones are tuff country 4" lift springs. the back are brand new stock springs with no lift. it has a DIY shackle flip kit. body mounts are all stock height. if you want it back to stock or close you'll have to get new fronts (http://www.sdtrucksprings.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7688)

And find stock replacement rear spring hangers to replace the shackle flip.
