Height ?

I've read it's the top transmission to engine bolt...That would only be an estimated height.

I thought there was a spec page somewhere on here. Or someone must have a stocker they could measure. The reason I am asking is I have a CG height but do not know how much lift it is. I know I should of measured before I started.:doah:

someone must have a stocker they can measure. It does'nt have to be the bell housing bolt. Just a body line would do. Or a lifted one if you know for sure how much lift you have.

My 88 is bone stock. What do you want me to measure? Can I hit a point easy to get to underneath, then figure it from there?

If you could measure the flat of the frame where trans crossmember bolts. That would be great.:waytogo:

So, sitting on flat ground, tires at about 34 PSI.

Measured from the flat of the frame just in front of the crossmember on the driver's side, next to where the exhaust y pipe goes by.

15 and 9/16ths. Inches, that is.

Anytime brotha.

What year do you have? I measured 24'' next to trans crossmember bolts. I have a 82 k10. I believe the k5's those years the frame was the same untill it goes past the cab. I know I don't have 10" of lift. I am thinking around 6".

I have a 1988 half ton, but has the 3 spring front end.

I guess the wild card would be the tire size, I'm pretty sure the guy kept the stock size, but I'm not sure what they came with originally.

Oh, well, 6 inches of lift and 3 in radius taller tire would get you about there.

Somewhere on here I thought I saw dimensions for all the different years and models. I think it was here? Kind of like at the top of the page.:dunno:
