Just wanted to say hello...Have purchased my second K5 ( plan to keep this one now that the kids are older ) ... Have very much enjoyed the site so far. Still learning may way back around the Chev V8 ( daily drive is 94 F150 with 4.9 and 250K miles so I'm the guy that likes to keep/maintian stuff )...
I'll be sorta different... plan on being more resto... purchased for only $1,200 and have all original paper work from when the truck was purchased at the dealer...
not the you guys can't tell but it's an 84, Silverado ( Sequoia Edition ) 305, auto... not sure about the transfer case and axels...luckily for me nothing has been altered ( I know that's the fun but with limited funds I can't work for three weeks trying to figure out what some crazy po did ..I'm dad/brother trained not ASE certified... LOL )....
Hopefully I won't have too many stupid questions... (LOTs of replacing vacum hoses and standard stuff so far )
