HELP! Cant get hood open

Ok so I am retarded and just put my front clip back on and hood on. Closed the hood and didnt hook up the release cable . So anyone know how to get it open with some screwdrivers or something? Hopefully someone can help fast trying to get my wiring harness in before work. Thanks

lol sorry just had too umm looks like the only way your gonna get in is gonna be with screwdrivers. hope it works out for yea

Well if it is anything like my 1980 - you can pull the grill and reach around behind the center support and you should be able to pull the latch by hand?

HAHA i got it, used a coat hanger to pull the release. first thing i did when i got it open was hook the cable back up. lol i love it when stuff like that happens
