I've put three brand new Bocsh O2 sensors in and 15 minutes later same code is thrown. What gives?

Vacuum leak can cause a rich condition and throw that code. Can you smell fuel in the exhaust?

1/2 ton status
No vaccum leaks as I've checked and replaced all hoses. There is no fuel smell at exhaust.

A 45 can also be caused by The EGR, Bad TPS, or MAF sensor.
A leaking injector will also cause a 45 rich condition. Make sure the 02 sensor wire or any other sensor wire is not near or contacting the plug wires. EMI can do strange things to the ECM.
