Help finding hugger orange paint

Just bought a 73 and I would like to paint it Hugger Orange. Went to a shop and they looked up the original paint formula. They then told me that in CA they can not use that formula due to the lead in the paint.

Can anyone recommend a paint, brand, or paint code for Hugger Orange that I can tell the shop to use. I am concerned that they will get it wrong.

I got some mixed up a few years back in PPG. I used the code 72 from a '69 Camaro. Any competent paint joint should be able to mix it in whatever form you want i.e. single stage, base/clear etc.
