Help! I screwed up!

IN my attempts to install a 3rd brakelight(on a defelctor) I somehow managed to blow out the Parking lights and Dashboard lights including the Stereo. Cab lighs head lamps, turn signals, idiot lights all still work. All the fuses seem to be OK, I didn't see any blown areas or disconnects. What the hell did I screw up? Please help! Arghh!!!!!!!

Sorry 1991 Burb 2500, I checked that fuse, it seems fine!

make sure you wires coming out of the headlight switch didnt melt,had this happen.

I don't really know the answer, but there are fusible links around underhood too. I've never found one top be burned out, but I guess it must be possible.

sounds like you blew a fuse. looks good by eye or looks good has 12v both sides?If you are installing electrical I assume you have a test light. start with the fuse, if you dont have power work your way back, head light switch would be my next guess. if its the switch it will be obvious melted/smells like burnt elec.

Fixed it....swapped one 20A fuse for another 20A fuse already in the cluster, and everything is just fine......No freaking clue....both fuses looked identical! This truck has Ghosts! I am almost positive.
