Help ID this Bumper

My Pal just dropped a bumper off for me. He's had it forever, swears it will fit my 84 GMC K2500. I don't have a bumper on my truck to compare it to. So what do you guys think?

I think it's for the front of a pre 1981 truck, looks too rounded in the corners for a later square.

It'll fit with some bracket mods / fabrication but it might look odd as the 81+ truck bumpers had 90 degree turns at the corners instead of those rolling turns.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know where to find that panel that covers up the gap between the bumper and the body?

Hated to do it but just ordered the whole shabang from LMC. Bumper, brackets, bolts, you name it. Hope it lines up.
