I don't think they are K5? Maybe Suburban? They only have the arm rest on the inside and I need to get new covers and need to know do I have to go custom or are these seats from something else?

Suburban, should be standard covers out there so you wont need custom.

Guessing here but anywhere from 81-91 should work.

LMC looks like they have Blazer covers but not Suburban. Any ideas where I can look?
Suburban seats is what they look like. On mine (a 1988) has one arm rest each side. The cover on the one seat some one cut a slit in the side and you put the armrest thru it as you pull it down. once I get my truck back I can show you what they did.
