HELP K5 350 Carbed

HELP, I just purchased a 1985 K5 with a Jasper motor with the performance package but the DPO replaced the original/stock 4 barrel with a two barrel rotchester.....I had just installed a Holley Street Dominator Manifold (idle to 5500 rpm) and a Holley 650 Carb....know she is slow as a pig, I am going to have the T.V. cable adjusted tomorrow to get the Tranny back in line but I dont think it will do the trick. I am still running the stock Dizzy (HEI)and have about 8 degrees of advance.....

WHAT DID I SCREW UP?

Any thoughts suggestions or opinions are most welcome

Check the choke #1, and then check to be sure the secondaries are opening (assuming they are vacuum secondaries). Hope that helps.
