Help me build my Trans

I have a M1009 that I'm going to be swapping out with 37" tires and 14bolt rear end. Since I will be using new gears and would like to go faster then 55mph on the freeway I am looking to replace the trans to a 700R4 Kcase. I wouldn't mind if it was a little more then stock since I plan on pulling around a m101a3 trailer built for camping once in a while. What do you recommend. Engine in still stock 6.2 not sure if I'm going to upgrade with a turbo.
