well, truckaddons.com is F*ckin me hard....i bought some tires from them 3weeks ago(to the day) and they just got here today, i was promised to recieve them in 10days. well, these tires were 1100dollars, now, they shipped me the wrong tires!!!! so i called and raised hell, i ordered 39.5x15x15TSL's and they sent 38.5x16x16.5 tsl's. NO GOOD> now, i called to get the right tires and the lady told me that the correct tires are in california and are on backorder for them.....she did however say that if i were to pay her an extra 150bucks, she could send me 42x15x15tsls from a warehouse in FL(where im at) which i really wanted from the get go.

im just not sure if i can clear them. im gonna be running 8inBDS up front with a zero rate and a 3in BL, plus a 60/14bolt swap(extra inch) haha.
i don't really want to cut fenders and am only wheeling mud...no heavy articulation or anything. do you guys think i should wait for the 39.5's or go for the 42's. i'd be paying 1250 for 42tsl's to my door(GREAT DEAL!!!!!)

yeah, only $hitty part is that i took a week off work next week to do the axle swap/lift/etc. i really wanted the 42's from the get go, but decided against them, and i regretted it. but now im afraid i won't clear the 42's. damn it. i geuss ill just have to sleep on it

bumpstops baby. 42s all the way. I know you said you didn't want to trim but if you get them you may just have to trim a bit. It can be done very very cleanly, just take your time and plan stuff out measure 50 times cut once, and don't use a sawzall. See if you can find a buddy with a body saw. And use lots of tape

that would be damn sweet...but i think i maybe can talk them down to me payin like 75 or 100bones. still a deal in my opinion

they did it to me too man. i ordered a set of the pro-comp alloy 6-spoke design. i waited for awhile then finally the ups guy comes with the boxes. i open them up and they were 5-spoke rims. i was kinda pissed. then i put them up to my burb and i wasnt so mad anymore. but if it was a smaller set of tires that didnt even fit i would be super pissed.

Make them send the 42's for the same money, there the ones who screwed up not you!!!!

absolutely. it's not even like they sent you a comparable usable part. you just have their merchandise taking up your space, now. charge them a storage fee :D.

i'm not suggesting you bitch and moan, but just tell them straight that you are an unsatisfied customer...and that more than a few people have now heard about it on here. they'll probably be pretty eager to make amends. word of mouth is a powerful consumer tool.
