Has a gov-lock, standard rear gear, that much I can figure out without looking at an RPO decoder.
No idea how accurate this is, but should be able to look the RPO's up here: http://www.rpocodes.com/
Note that cars/trucks may have different descriptions for the RPO's, so RPO lists are not always accurate unless taken from GM...G80 in a car is not the same as G80 in a truck. Both traction aiding diffs, but both not gov-locks, for instance.
