Watch for the muzzleflash!
Had a 60gl. 2 stage Campbell hausfeld.
But I no longer even have a shop.

Will be garage bound for at least a few more years. So I won't be really needing that but for the price it was great.

So can I get similar specs on a smaller unit for cheaper?

Wants:
two stage but I not sure if it's necessary, I just don't want it cycling for an hour at a time.

Dual voltage capability, again maybe not needed.

Obviously oil....

Maybe a 30ish gl. Now. Still upright though.

Thoughts????

Find me something.....

We all enjoy helping people spend money especial on tools!

What kind of budget are u working with? And what kind of tools do you use as far as CFM demand?

I don't know if the cost will vary much just on tank size but I haven't looked in awhile.

I'm ready to search once I know the budget

Well around five I guess, but it'd have to come with a lot of what I want. I paid seven for my CH 60 2 stage.

That's why I may just go with the same thing I had but a smaller package wouldn't be a bad thing. I won't be painting cars or anything, maybe shooting flat black. Lol.

Tools I need to replace are
DA
DIE GRINDER
hammer
Drill
Ratchet
Cut off wheel
Impact
Etc.

If I had to do it again be a 2 stage quincy, chapion, belaire or a big brand name but then next one drop least 2 k in!

That's not gonna happen,:D I think I'd be happy with a smaller one for placement but still want 2 stage and be able to convert voltage.:doah:

Really don't want to start over again. I just started getting stressed looking for another one.

C'mon down to cali. I have an old 60 craftsman you can have.

We can load it up, drink some kool-aid, start a couple of couches on fire and skeet shoot some Oreo's while you're here.

Good times. :waytogo:

understand stress I am moving my compressor tomorrow night and then think I gotta get bigger breaker box cause all 8 i have now are used up and then get compressor wired and another out let for 220 plug for future use. which means $$$

Don't focking temp me!:haha: although trying to convince the air nazis to stow a 60gl compressor in the overhead bin may be funny it'd probably get me thrown off the plane after the "it's a bomb" jokes.:haha:

That would be cool if we could trip it up here like we did with that mill that came from Seattle and ended up in the hands of mofugly. Don't remember where it originated but I picked it up from Nathaniel and I don't even remember who picked it up from me.:haha:

I got this for $300. Look long enough and you can find one just as

Hmmm, good point! I do have time on my side as long as I measure for space accordingly.

Maybe find a used one at a good price, even if it needs to be rebuilt.... Thanks, cause I need more options you dick!:D that does open up some more ideas though.....

I may look around some more today, just to see what I can find.

Just to derail this a bit, several years ago, maybe 3 after 9/11 I went to the airport to fly out for work. This is when they still had cops checking people into the parking garage. I completely forgot about it but I had a nice shiny new black 10 gal air bubble sitting in the back seat of my truck.

He looked inside, his eyes got a little wider and he backed up, resting a hand on his gun butt and asked me what it was. When I looked back and saw it I thought :doah:"should have just painted bomb on the side". Told him what it was and he just let me through. Afterwards I thought, "why bother having someone there to ask if they aren't going to do anything about it". I must have looked innocent enough.
