Help me find these wheels-PLEASE

I (and probably everyone else) have been looking for the "rockcrawler "D" style steel wheels. 15x10 inch with 4" backspacing. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

The problem is I need the 8 lug pattern, which it seems does not currently exist, even though some suppliers are/were advertising it. Can anybody tell me where to find a set (5)? /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

I know I can still get the 8 lug in the white spoke style, but I would really prefer the black "D" style.

I got mine in white and painted them black as it was cheaper.

Summit Racing has them in black if you want.

Tim, are yours the spoke or "D" style?
All I have found at Summit are the white wagon wheel (spoke) style.

I think mine are spoke, but I didn't get mine from Summit. Mine came from 4 wheel parts.

If they're black, from more than 5 feet away you won't tell the spoke from D style anyway. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Keep in mind that 4 wheel parts doesn't sell black wheels in 8 lug 15s, only white.

I took mine out of the box and spray bombed them right there.

hey Tim what did you just use plain old spray paint for that? Also how well is it holding up? I was gonna do that but I thought the paint might flake off.

I would use implament paint if I was gonna paint wheels. Same stuff you paint a tractor or backhoe with. Extremely tough. If I didn't use that, I would use high temp engine paint/enamal. Implament paint is available at Tractor Supply Company.

Check Bart wheels. I have 15-8's on my scout. I haven't payed attention to the style of the spoke.

Barts have round holes instead of "D's" or triangles. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
