im planning on putting new tires on my truck. its an 86 k5 with 2 inches of lift, it has 31,10.5,15's on it and i want to go a little bit bigger. i want 33's and i want them to stick out a little. what should i go with and what size rim. this is for my daily driver and its got a 4 speed manual so it dont get that good of gas milage. also i want a agressive tread for a little bit of offroading but it will mostly see pavement. and i also the noise is not to big of a deal but i dont want to have to yell to here my girl sitting next to me. so any ideas would shure be helpfull

Most blazers have enough wind noise not to worry about tire noise that much but if you want the tires to stick out get some spacers for the rear axle it makes a big difference in the way it looks cause the rear axle is narrower than the front. Also put them on a 10" wheel

BFG MT KO or BFG AT KO. They seem to have the best wearing tire for the street.

I am partially BIAS'ed... literally..

Id say stuff some 33" ground hawgs under there..... :wink1:
wear like iron..

had a guy help me with a 6" lift I put on a 1998 4 door blazer this weekend... the guy has 35" boggers on a tahoe.... he is taking a liking to my 40" hawgs....

X2... my friend runs BFG Mud Terrains and they have great traction and will outlast any other mud tire on the street.

If you want wide tires I believe it is Micky thompson who has the claw radial and the new MTZ and ATZ in a 33x15.5 that would get them to stick out a litte bit

well what about prices? i was looking at big O because that is what i have on there and they want $200 apiece. then i went to mickey thompson because im really looking into the classic locks but they want $230 apiece for them, so i was kinda looking for a cheaper tire and rim so again any ideas. oh also thanks for everything else
