Long story short, im working on an off road trailer of sorts. Im going with 12vdc. Ill have 2 deep cycle batteries, a fuse panel and an inverter.

Im just trying to see what else Ill need, Buss fuse bar?

Also Ill want to add a solar charger and I want to run a wire to alternator to charge batteries as well.

Well I assume you will need a battery isolator. Will you use a charge controller for the solar panel(s) or just a blocking diode? If a charge controller, make sure it is compatible with having an alternator tied to it. If your isolator is in the truck and all of the stuff you show above is in the trailer, I would consider fusing that long power wire at both ends. You could put a diode on it inside the trailer instead, but with an isolator and all of the wire, you may not have enough voltage to charge the batteries well.
