your amp should have a switch to switch between how many channels you want to run and then it should also have a wiring diagram showing which outputs to utilize in order to properly brige. In my experience you take one channels + and the other channels - and wire those up to the speakers.

To make sure you wiring your speakers properly, do a google search... I think you can either wire them up in parallel or series, which should also affect the ohmage.

I'm pretty sure, but wire each sub in series, so alone one sub will present an 8ohm load. Then wire the two subs in parallel with the amp bridged. Google it to make sure, there should be some diagrams online

2/8ohm, does that mean each voice coil is 8ohms or the two are 8ohm total (dual 4ohm)?

If they are 8 ohm each, then doing the above wiring would result in a 16ohm series wiring for each sub and then wiring the subs in parallel would net a total of 8ohm load to the bridged amp. This is not ideal.

If the voicecoils are 4ohm each then it would work as described.

This is by far the best site i have found for any info you could need for stereos and more.

good point, I didn't read his post to closely as to what ohm the voice coils were... I was assuming they could be wired either 2 or 8 ohm
