Help me with headlight upgrade

Im lookin at doin the headlight upgrade to H4 housing with 9003 bulbs. Im going to order the LMC relay kit as i am very wiring diagram illiterate.

I have a few questions-

Will the plugs that go on my sealed beams work with the new 9003 bulbs?

What size housing am i looking for for my 83 stacked headlights?

Is there a different housing/bulb setup for the high beams?

Is there anything different that needs to be done as i have the floor mounted hi/lo changer?

The LMC relay kit has it's own sockets for the lights. for the 4 light setup you will need to buy high and low bulbs. Not sure what would be different on the housings, but LMC sells separate high and low beam housings.

If you get the LMC harness, make sure they have a fuse on the power circuits to the relays. my buddy got one and it had NO fuse protection at all.
