I'm using bondo with the red hardener and I'm not putting enough or putting to much hardener. One time the bondo never dried on the dent and the other it would dry before I even put the bondo on the dent . Any info on how to do a better mix thanks?

Roughly...golf ball size blob of bondo, 1" strip of hardener. It should end up pink and give you ~5-7 minutes to work with. If temps are high, use slightly less hardener and a lighter pink...

Most important is to have the area you're working on ready to go, and pre plan where it's going. You have limited time. I tend to trace a light outline of the areas I intend to apply fill with a pencil. Sometimes there may be 8 or 10 small areas and unless I mark them, i miss them.

Thanks I tried that and it seems to be working.
