help my gages are going crazy!

88 chevy 1/2 ton

gages (all of them) go crazy and then freeze up them they work 10-15 min later .

any help would be great

There is a panel that attaches to most of the gages and the dash lights. Real pain to remove or work on but if its fried or cracked, it would cause all the gages to whack out at once.

Check all of your grounds. Sounds to me like it is intermitten maybe a bump causes the ground to come back and subsequently your gauges.
