Help. need th350 dipstick length!

I changed the filter and fluid on my tranny and added 6 qts and still not showing on the stick. I know 6 qts did not come out so either the fluid was low to begin with or the dip stick is to short and not for my tranny.

24 3/8" from tip to seat.

Mine is 27" seat to tip, and 1.75" from tip to "full hot"

Interesting...mine measures 1 1/4" from tip to Full.

There are several different lengths of tube and sticks for a TH350 trans. I would recommend replacing both the tube and stick with a new one so that you know the tube AND stick are a matching set.

do what scott said.then at least you know its a matching set.i got a chrome one for under 20 bucks in the dress up section at the parts store.

Thanks for all the replies. I may just have to go that route. Would any of you have time to get a tube measurement length to go with your dip stick measurements?

my tube was about an inch shorter than the measured length of the dipstick
