Help steering stabilizer

Im replacing my steering stabilizer and It wont budge.
I am having a problem with the side closest to the wheel that is bolted thru the tie rod??
Do you beat the bolt thru or do you need to unscrew the bolt?

first wrong section. this is for sale.

next drive it out with hammer. its a tapered seat like a tie rod end. and dont be scared. use a good size hammer and hit it like a man. should pop out real easy.
