Help T-Case Adapter Turbo 400 vs Turbo 350?

Hey

In my 78 iv got the 203 (I think, i know its the stock one that was full time 4x4) and i blew it up

I do have an np 208 with the adapter that conected it to a Turbo 400

I also have an adapter that fits a 700r4

what do i need to put the 208 on my turbo350?

th350 and 700r4 = 27 spline tail shaft
th400 and 4l80-e and 81-up round pattern 4 speed and gm nv4500 = 32 spline tail shaft.

you need a 27 spline input tcase and correct adaptor to tranny as small spline got 4 bolts to tranny rest got 6 on the bigger spline.

and swaping from 203 or 205 = diffrent tranny tail shaft as in th350 thay both used same shaft length @ 3/4 stick out. the 208/241 used a longer tail shaft. this swap requires full tear down of the tranny to swap the shaft.

You'll have better luck finding a complete TH350/NP208 combo than trying to make what you have work.
