Help Transmision gurus I lost 1st gear in d

yep i figured it took out a few things inside since i drove home 9 miles when it happened,
just have to find another builder the guy here quit doing it dont know about the other shops here
there are 2 i know to stay away from

well i guess i got to save up some money and take it out to greg in weatherford

the local shops suck and want 1200 for a stock rebuild
