HELP Vacumm line? Fuel Line HELP

I had my carb rebuilt and the fitting in the back of the carb is now a different size than before. I was told by my nieghbor that it was the power brake vacumm line. Why wont it fit, and is it really a vacumm line...see pic....

Yep, thats the vacuum line for your brakes.

That fitting on the back of the carb SHOULD be removable, I've never seen different sized ones though.

I figured it out. There was a NPT fitting before the fitting I was talking about that the guy who rebuilt my carb removed and forogt to put back.
