help with 89 silverado

i have an 89 silverado with a 350 and tbi, put an edelbrock performer rpm cam in it,the timing is set at 10 btc,it runs like crap if it even starts.it has fuel and spark.it had a code for map sensor,fixed that,now an ignition system code im still trying to figure out but im not sure these codes would cause my runnability problems.if anyone has any info it would be appreciated im stuck.

So we gotta ask you how you timed the motor did you disconnect a connector on the drivers side before timing it?

first off that cam might be way to big for tbi. go read up at www.tbichips.com for more cam info and tbi power stuff. brian might be able to burn a chip for it i dont know.

second tbi should be 0* and with the wire unpluged to set timming.
