http://coloradok5.com/photos/data/500/879.jpg. This carb came with my truck . The numbers on it are = 96055 3325 stamped on top are 8867. Would it be worth rebuilding ? I have to kick the truck over 10 -15 times to get it to start ,but once it starts its ok. Thanks all !

looks like a carter carb.same as edelbrock.is the choke closing all the way when you turn on the key.maybe its just a adjustment issue.cold engines with the choke not closing will take more to get started.do you pump it a couple times before you turn over?

Id rebuild it and put in spring needle and seats into the floats.helped mine run a lot better offroad.rebuikd kit is I believe around 40 bucks.cheaper than a new carb.
I think I'll do just that for now. I was thinkin on looking for a used q jet for later ,BUT HAVE NO IDEA what to look for. My blazer is a 75 and has no smog restrictions, does anyone know what type of q jet would work right w my stock 350? As I want to start hunting for one soon!
