HELP With Glass Installation

Hey guys... I need some help.
As you all know the glass in the 81-91 Burbans is thin as could be. I shattered mine by slamming my door too hard and got glass soup in my door. I got it all cleaned out and Im ready to install a new window.
I paid for a used window in good shape for 50 bucks.
I got the used one out.. but cannot seem to get the wheels into the runner at the bottom of the glass when installing it.
Can someone please tell me how to install the drivers side front window on a burban?

Well boys, ( and girls )
I got er done. I had to take the mechanism apart.
If anybody ever needs help on changing out the glass, I'll be glad to help. I know how to do it now.

Could you help me? I had a real hard time removing the glass before painting. The doors were completely taken apart.
know I need to put them back. is there a specific order in which everything needs to be installed.

like do i install the glass first without the weather strip.
