Help with H1 wheels

So my buddy is getting a hookup on 37" H1 tires and wheels (military) and hes giving me a set.

So here is my question. ..

What do i need to do to fit them?

I know i need 8 lug axles. what kind of lift am i looking at?

Also will there be rubbing issues involved with the leaf springs on the steering axle?
