Help with k5 5.3 swap, heater hoses and radiator questions

hose q by funderburgh22 posted Dec 13, 2018 at 10:56 PM[/GALLERY]i am almost done with my 1982 k5blazer 5.3 swap and need to know how to hook up the heater hoses, do they need to run through the radiator with the y hose from the smaller oulets on the water pump or can i just run the two heater hoses straight to the firewall?? i have heard both, also out of the two hoses from firewall which goes where?

The hoses can be ran directly to the firewall.

Yep, direct.
Cap the radiator nipple if there is one.
