Help with planning 14SF swap...

I pulled mine off a light duty 3/4 ton 2wd. The ones from a 4x4 are the bolt ons, the 2wd versions have to get spring perches moved. Too bad you are in Cali. I have one sitting in VA.

Both versions need the perches moved (same spacing 2wd and 4wd). The difference is the overall width.

RPO code "F44" gets you the 14bSF on a 88-98 K1500. Its standard issue on a 6-lug C/K2500.

Sweet. So when calling folks parting out half ton 88+ trucks, you can ask them to check the glovebox for that RPO. Won't work on the 3/4's (because it's standard) but should cut down on unnecessary wild goose chases.

Thanks guys! That makes it much easier, especially when morons on craigslist don't post pictures ().
