Help with speedo in 93 Burb 2500

The needle in my Speedo recently starting jumping all over the place, example if I go around 40mph it will jump to 70mph, sometimes just sitting at idle it will start jumping up and down and if I roll just a few feet forward it will stop. Anybody got any ideas?
