Does anyone Know what the sensor is on the top of the transfer case? when i dropped it from the truck i didnt unhook it and it busted.

Well its an np208 so its not speedo. I have no idea lol, i just unhook mine when i take it out

Is that to indicate 4WD is engaged?
It must be to send to the light in the dash. Thats all i can think of....

That is affirm. You obviously don't need it, as you should know if it's in 4wd or 2.
