Help with TRE search

I'd like to make a custom Tie-rod. 75 D44 uses a ES449L on the passenger side, taper goes in from the top, nut on the bottom of the knuckle, with a drop down to clear the leaf springs.

Anyone know of an application of the same style but with right hand threads? I thought it would be as easy as ES449R, but not found.

I could use 2 lefts, but adjusting tow would be a pain...

And I won't drill out the knuckle to use heims.
