Help!!

I have an 88 blazer, and for some reason I am not getting ignition in the #4 and #6 cylinders. I have changed out the cap and rotor, changed the spark plugs, changed the plug wires, and I am getting spark all the way to the plug but when the truck is running and i pull the #4 or #6 wire from the cap, it doesn't effect the engine. Somehow, fuel is not getting to those two cylinders. What might be the problem?

Do a compression check. If you have two dead cylinders side by side, usually its a blown headgasket.

I have about 100psi in both cyllinders.

how does that compare to rest of the cylinders? They should all be around 10-15% of each other.
