Found out that my only real option short of building a new trans is re-drilling the 203 to fit the adaptor from the 208.
This is not fun today.
So I guess I have to take the 203 apart which I just put together to put the new gear in

Does anybody know if anybody is making an adaptor for this the ORD website info is about three year old so was the search stuff here
There were some TH400/203 combos made in the 70's but they are sorta rare. If you really want a 203 behind your TH400 you will need to find that adapter and a 32 spline input NP203.

Its a doubler, I have the adaptor for a TH400 to 203 its too short the TH400 splines are longer for the 208 so I need a longer adaptor or I have to drill the case or make or buy a new one
