I had my tires outside for a while. I didn't know but one of them was off the bead and has been slowly accumulating water inside. I can't think of a way to get the water out of it. I can get about a 1 inch gap between the tire and rim to try and tip the tire around but it doesn't work very well. Anyone know what to do?

Just bring it to a local service station and have it dismounted. Then you can tip it, flip it and wipe out the rest of the water with a rag or paper towels. Then have them mount it back up. Maybe cost you ten bucks or so.

This sounds like the way to fly, unless you've got tools.

Thanks, I was wondering if I should just take it down to a service station. Will any place do a 38 inch tire? Also if I DIY it, it's a tsl sx and I've heard they're a bear to mount. I'll probably just get it taken off the wheel then.
