have a 1991 burb while waiting for my wife while she was shopping, was parked in the parking lot with air on, she came out when I started to back up the parking brake light came on, the rear and front air went off and the speedo stopped working, and cant roll the windows down either.HELP really stumped

Have you checked for a blown fuse yet?

yes fuses and the 2 relays in the fuse block were replaced, power locks work truck drives fine. I will let em look at it at the dealer tomorrow
