I'm driving a couple hrs to buy parts off a clean clean 89 suburban, if it was 4wd I'd be dragging the whole rig home lol. Will the seats bolt directly into my 88k5? what about the steering column? I'm going in my truck to so I can haul back doors and fenders etc, But want to get as much stuff as possible while the getting is good lol

Seats will not work in a Blazer, Blazer has flat floors versus humps in a Sub. Steering column shouldn't have any issues. Most other parts you mentioned should be fine.

I should've took a trailer with me, I got both front doors and a fender, filled the back of my truck real quick! the steering wheel was coming apart and someone cut the cruise wires :dunno: I'm goona go back in a couple weeks and try to get the other fender and whatever else is left. I've got dang near enough parts to build another K5 in my basement.

You can take the rails off the Sub seats and weld in couple new nuts very easy and use the K5 seat brackets and bolt them back in your K5. It will move seat slightly forward but works ok for being 6'1 here.
