I need a 10bolt axle shaft for my rear(30 spine). My left rear tire was covered in oil so I was going to replace the bearings and seals. The shaft is worn from the bearing going bad. Does some one have one I can borrow til May/June or one I can buy, please let me know. We are going to Big Bear on Saturday.

Try an axle saver bearing. They move the bearing about a half inch further down the axle allowing you to re-use the axle. They are available at most good parts stores (NAPA, etc.)

I'll check that out. Thanks. But the bearing is in all the way now. Is it special design bearing?

Last March my seal crapped out on me. The guy at the parts counter didnt have an axle available but he said to let the new seal hang out a little or push it in a little further "just for now". Well its been..... what, 9 months and its still holding. I'm getting a little nervous about it though. Just a thought!

I changed the seals and bearings(and soaked breaks) today. All I need is a shaft and I'm back in business. The axle is worn down where the bearing rides on it. So it's too lose on the bearing.
