On the 57" springs are the bushings the same as GM?

We have not chatted in awhile so here are some updates on my truck. The 400/205 are in, swap was not that bad but I have to drop the t case a little since I do have a little vibration. I have about 15 miles on it and I blew the rear main seal out by the looks of it. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif I gained 10" of length in the rear drive shaft.

Wayne, I had asked this before but the info got lost in a long post about Borregok5's brackets.
the fords have a 1.5 and 1.25 diameter eye. can't remember which is the front and which one is the rear.

The smaller bushing is in the rear of the spring. The rubber ones in the springs I bought were in decent shape...so feeling rather lazy and cheap I left em in there /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Rear main on the motor? /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif that would suck...

Gaining 10" of shaft should make Donna happy... /forums/images/icons/wink.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Yep it looks like the engine rear main let loose. About 8 of the 15 miles were really hard. I can still drive it but I will either need to fix the seal or better yet this is a good excuse to drop another engine in.

Sure woulda been easier to fix while the tranny and T-case were already out... /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif
