Ok, so i'm the proud owner of a hi lift jack now. 48" model.

Bought in good condition used, shipped, on craigslist....for what i could ahve bought a new one for on ebay:rolleyes::haha:

Stupid impulse buys.

Anyways, is in near new condition, so no big deal. Is the bolt that holds the foot on supposed to be about as large as to bolt holding the top piece at the other end? The bottom bolt looks replaced, and undersized.

Anyone know the size?

thanks!

Buying something you didn't pick up yourself on craigslist? You're damn lucky anything was shipped to you...

Pics will help as to your question

eh, yah. Sometimes though, i take the risk. I paid the guy $70 shipped, he was w/in 45 min of me, but i didn't have time to go get it, and he couldnt' meet me anywhere closer. Emailed back and forth, he was a nice enough guy, called him, had him ship it. It showed up on my doorstep. Not having to drive to oakland is worth at least $20 + gas to me, so whatever.

Should have just ordered it off of ebay for $70, but like i said, i got excited, and my hi-lift value table in my head was a little skewed.

Showed up well packaged, in almost new shape.

Not a total loss.

Who did it come from, i know a guy in Oakland named Eli from whom i got a factory rear roll bar for my blazer last year.
