Do hi-volume water pumps really work? I dont want to have to worry about heating up. Please list a supplier if you have been happy with yours. Thanks
Jeff

Unless you towing , generating some real serious horsepower or running some kind of exotic fuel, your stock water pump should be just fine. If you are having cooling problems. A larger radiator is a better fix. More flow through a small or plugged radiator wont cool any better.
If you get a high volume pump you should have a large radiator and high volume thermostat to get all the cooling you payed for.
http://summitracing.com carries them for about 60.00 bucks

look into a cop car water pump, the impellers are made differently bercause cop cars idle a lot and the motors run always in all types of weather. PS, thunder is right on point with his advice.......js
