In my shop. Doing stuff.
This was built by me. Using a take off from????

It was on an 87 K5. Mounts to stock bumper holes and the lower 2 body/leaf hanger mounting rivet holes. Needless to say, those 2 rivets need to be removed. Comes with grade 8 hardware and 2 d-ring hangers. You can still use the factory bumper.

caprice / jeep / older full size car flip down plate holder to hide gas cap .

use this on your bumper to be faster / cleaner to his hitch with out removing the plate . :D

I had that on a number of my trucks in the past on the rear bumper. Colorado requires the front plate be visible with the winch on it. So I hung the plate on the winch.

if you can tell me if it will work on the front of an '80 frame, i will buy it right now! dibs!
are the front of the frames different?

I have no idea. I know the bumpers and braxkets are the same. So I would assume the frame is. Maybe post up a thread in the garage section.

so here is the front of my frame.... it appears that your frame horns are angled foward at the front tips? creating an angled shape in your brackets that would not even come close to lining up with mine...
so i think i gotta pass. i'd have to cut it.. and redrill holes.. in both the bracket and the frame probably.
