Anyone running their winch under the radiator and behind the bumper? I am thinking of trying it and was wondering if Anyone had advise.

That looks pretty nice, and exactly what I was looking for. How did you mount the winch to the frame rails?

The winch is actually mounted upside down. I have a piece of 1/4" plate that was my original winch mount that goes across the top of the frame rails and is held in place by 6 bolts. I could have mounted the winch right side up if I had a 1" body lift as I only needed about 1/2" more room but this way works good and I still have access to the clutch lever. Also if you mount yours upside down you have to wire the motor backwards so the remote will match what the winch will really do.
