i wanna put HID headlights in my '90 but im not shure were to find lenses that work i saw lmc had lenses but i dont know if they will fit xenon bulbs anybody done this or know where to find parts?

i have the HID bulbs in my DD and i didnt have to change my housing. the bulb is a longer bulb but it should fit fine

yeah im looking to do exact same thing to my 89 blazer, i saw that lmc sells the new headlight housings for i think a H4 bulb if i remember right.

I have some in my Sierra and love them

bought them from HIDgate on ebay
Heard nothing but good things about them

Hey guys, So I'm tryin to do the same thing with my 90 K5, is it better to do the LMC capsules or the Euro conversion listed above??

Just don't stick HID tubes in housings designed for halogens. No cut-off, bad beam pattern and unfair to other drivers. Make sure you get the right housings.

HID bulbs are expsensive. When ever I have anybody come into my store wanting to replace a burned out HID bulb in their German car, which came from the factory with them, they freak out at the price, and usualy sell the car rather than buy a replacement bulb for it. :D

thanks guys, I think I'm gonna do the Euro conversion, did you do both Hi and Lo beams? I figured that the LMC's with HID's might not work anyway, so thanks Blue85 on heads up, would rather not piss off any these crazy Cali drivers :)

Sorry picture whoring.

I agree, don't just throw an HID kit in stock like housings.

But if you must, order from these guys:

Over on the BMW site i belong to, guys have ordered from just about everywhere. These seem to be the best price/value comprimise. I have a set of 5 or 6k HIDs, and love them.
