I am having problems turning on and off my high beam headlights using turn signal lever.
The high beam headlights switch is OK.
The long rod going up through the steering wheel column is OK. Pressing this rod will turn on and off the high beam headlights.
But I am missing the lower housing and the headlight actuator rod connecting to the turn signal lever. Pictures below are showing the parts I am missing.
If anyone know where to find/buy these two parts, it will be appreciated.
I have added pictures of the parts.

Hmm, I don’t really see where you are missing anything. It looks like everything you need is there. The dimmer rod can be a real sumbish to get properly aligned to the plastic actuator piece which can cause issues. Then again, maybe that plastic piece is broke or something??

In any event, this piece below is the most common part that breaks and can cause dimmer problems. The part number is an AC Delco D844

Hi Larry
Thanks for answering.
The pictures is not from my car, it its what I can find looking in chevrolet forums.
Thanks to you, I have now found the AC Delco D844 on Ebay. And further more also a US165L repair kit containing the two parts.
Thanks a lot Larry.
You help is most appriciated.
