Just got done installing my Virginia 4x4 high steer arms, and have a few problems now. My tie rod ends dont have enough thread exposed to put in the cotter pin, I need like 3 or 4 threads more. What tie rod and drag link ends part numbers should i run.

Tie rod ends Not factory drag-link ends i had the same problem so i had my 60 arm reamed to accept the larger and deeper drag-link ends.

early 3 pice tie rod ends

I think they are es2234r tie rod ends. i just found the same problem on my pitman arm also. only 3 or 4 threads are exposed. what end are you running off the pitman arm.

what size reamer did you use?
I took the arm and the drag-link end to a 4x4 shop and had them do it. i think its 7/8 its hard to find a machine shop can also do the mod.

The drag-link end's have a greater range of motion than the tie rod ends and are bigger
